Common snags and fixes
Connected, but the AI doesn't recognize the “iceshore” tool
Start a fresh session or terminal, and include the connection name (e.g. iceshore) in your instruction. Restarting the AI can also help.
The consent page won't open or is blank
Check your browser's pop-up blocker and extensions, and try a different browser.
“Not authorized” is shown
You need permission on the target workspace. Ask a workspace admin for an invitation.
Can't reach mcp.iceshore.ai (corporate proxy / firewall)
Check with your network administrator whether your network allows traffic to mcp.iceshore.ai.
Can't find “Add custom connector” in Claude Desktop
Check your app version, and update to the latest if the option isn't shown.
Review or revoke a connected AI
Use “Connected AI” in the app to review and revoke connections. See Data & trust for details.
